Introducing Our Delta-8 THC Cartridge

What is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8 THC is an isomer or analogue of delta-9 THC which is the most abundant cannabinoid found in cannabis flower. This means that, on a molecular level, delta-8 THC is very similar to its cousin delta-9 THC. Delta-8 only naturally occurs in minuscule amounts in cannabis. It has strong anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, pain relief and neuroprotective effects. Delta-8 THC is less psychoactive than delta-9 THC.

How is delta-8 THC made?

Delta-8 THC only occurs in nature at concentrations of less than one percent, the only way to create a usable amount is through extraction and distillation. Cannabis oil is extracted from flower via supercritical CO2 and is further refined using a variety of techniques before it is distilled. During the distillation process a combination of specific heat, vacuum and pH parameters converts delta-9 THC into delta-8 THC. Using this distillation technique, we are able to create a clean, clear and potent delta-8 distillate, leaving behind solvents and other impurities.

What are the effects of delta-8 THC?

As mentioned above, delta-8 THC is less psychoactive than Delta-9 THC, but with many benefits of its own. Delta-8 is said to be around 2/3 as potent as THC in its psychoactive effect. This means that delta-8 THC will create less of a “high” than normal delta-9 THC. This can be a desirable effect for many people seeking the benefits of THC without becoming overly intoxicated.

It’s a very strong painkiller – an opioid analgesic that belong to narcotics. Therefore, it is dispensed only against a prescription. It is used as a painkiller and as a tranquilizer. It has been observed that Tramadol Online started acting in 40-45 minutes. I have sciatica, and the tramadolbest.com pain is terrible. I was afraid of these pills, but I was wrong. The relief came very quickly.

Delta-8 is perhaps the most effective cannabinoid for nausea. In 1995, Dr. Raphael Mechoulam conducted a study of delta-8 THC on pediatric cancer patients in Israel. Delta-8 THC was administered to eight children ranging from 3 to 13 years of age who were being treated with chemotherapy for various cancers. Delta-8 treatments were administered before each dose of chemotherapy and continued every six hours for 24 hours. The results of this study were extremely promising – with delta-8 THC treatments, all vomiting was prevented and side effects were insignificant. (Abrohomov 1995) In addition to its powerful anti-emetic capabilities, the National Cancer Institute cites delta-8 as having strong anti-anxiety and appetite stimulating effects… all with lower cognitive effects typically seen with THC. (NCI Drug Dictionary 2019) We at Canuvo are pleased to be able to offer this powerful, clean medicine to our patients.
